On Saturday, June 16, Margaret Krome was a panelist in a roundtable discussion about organizing around food and using food in community engagement. The panel was part of the 2018 Meeting of the Agriculture, Food, and Human Values Society and Association for the Study of Food and Society, which was held in Madison, WI this year. Krome made everyone hungry with her descriptions of delicious Gulf seafood as part of our farmer-fisherman project.
