    This class will be a chance to ask questions as to how to put all this information together to create a business plan worthy of funding. WWBIC personnel are trained to help small and new business owners navigate the seas of the start-up world and will can work with you to create the best business plan for your farm or small business. Remember: No one plans to fail, they fail to plan.

    A Night of Cooking & Eating

    What to do with all these veggies? How can I prepare healthy and tasty foods?  Why not taking a cooking lesson?

    Bring a friend and join Danielle Drogier and Lydia Gronwa from M.A.T.C. Dietetic Program for a night of deliciousness. We will begin cooking a 3course meal at 5:30 pm. The menu will be determined by what is fresh in theorganic garden. Each course will be accompanied by a wine pairing. Cooking lesson in The Big Brown Barn’s commercial kitchen.

    $60 per person
