Markets will be starting soon!

It’s hard to believe May, and the start of Farmers’ Market Season, is just around the corner! We’ve been seeding and getting things ready for a month already and have even started transplanting our cold hardy crops outside. Thanks to our wonderful greenhouses and hoop house we’ll be able to have greens, salad mix, radishes, turnips, leeks, and of course asparagus for the markets in May. Shortly after will come broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, beets, peas and all the other delicious spring veggies.
This year we’ll be at the Lake Geneva Market on Thursdays from 8am – 1pm and the Beloit Market on Saturdays from 8am – 1pm. If you’re in the area please stop by! To help you use those beautiful veggies we’re updating our recipes page on our website and have started a Pinterest page. Be sure to follow us! (https://www.pinterest.com/thegardensmicha/)
