Bread Flour

 

Milled from hard red wheat berries grown locally and organically in East Troy, WI. Contains 13% protein, perfect for bread, pizza crusts, chewy cookies, and more. This wheat crop was woman-grown and woman-milled on a stone mill, preserving the nutritional value of the flour, very unique in our area! Fifty percent of profits from the sale of this wheat will go towards supporting beginning and underserved farmers.
