Devon Hamilton, MFAI’s Policy Associate, recently visited UW Madison’s campus to speak with Dr. Monica White’s class about his experiences during and after college and his current work with MFAI. The group had a very productive conversation around community engagement and the many different intersections the food system has within our work and personal lives. A student emailed the Professor after class saying, ” Just wanted to say that today’s discussion was so inspiring.”

Devon is also continuing his volunteer work at Badger Rock Middle School’s garden class.
